My name is Jeff Finley, I'm a freelance illustrator and designer. Despite outward signs of success, I was struggling internally with anxiety, depression, and self-doubt. I decided to start waking up early to focus on doing things that made me happy and fulfilled.
Little did I know that this would transform my life! I ended up writing a book about my year of waking up early. It's a book about habit change, personal growth, and morning routines.
